I am a certified trainer, coach and mindfulness teacher who believes passionately in the power of inner alignment. I consider relationships to be at the core of being human. I believe we are living through the fifth industrial revolution which places humanity as the engine of this next stage of human evolution. I am inspired by people who are forging new paths with a sense of purpose that is aligning profits, people and our planet.

I have worked in several industries, at different levels of leadership, both as employer and employee. My personal and professional experience have equipped me to connect with people, understand the dynamics and complexities of their work environment and devise effective, impactful learning solutions.

My approach creates accountability within the team and encourages an ongoing level of professional upskilling. I ensure my sessions are interesting, enjoyable and above all engaging.

I am a lifelong learner committed to evolving my perspectives, deepening my understanding, and honing my skills.
